Thandai - Holi Special Cold Drink - Indian Milk Shake Recipe by Ruchi Bharani [HD] <br />INGREDIENTS- <br />1/4 cup sugar <br />1 tablespoon fennel seeds <br />8 peppercorns <br />1 tablespoon poppy seeds <br />saffron <br />6-8 green cardamoms <br />3 tablespoons dried rose petals <br />6-8 almonds <br />1/2 litre milk <br />ice cubes <br />almond flakes <br />pistachio flakes <br /><br />METHOD- <br />- Add peppercorns, almonds, saffron, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, green cardamom, rose petals and sugar into a mixer. Grind them well into a powder. <br />- Add this powder to 1/2 litre milk. Add few ice cubes and blend well with a hand blender. <br />- Refrigerate the drink at least for 2 hours. Pass it through a sieve while serving. Serve chilled.
